Lease art<\/strong><\/p>\n

The lease amount per month is 3% of the sales price. Of this amount you pay 2\/3 lease and save 1\/3.<\/p>\n

You can use the savings amount at any time during a lease period to purchase your leased artwork, or after a lease period, for another artwork from our collection.<\/p>\n

A rental period is always 12 months and is extended without notice. During this rental period you may exchange your artwork for another, once.<\/p>\n

Example:
<\/strong>You lease a work of art with a purchase amount of \u20ac 600,-
Your lease amount per month \u00e0 2% = \u20ac 12,-
You save per month 1% = \u20ac 6,-
You pay \u20ac 18,- per month<\/p>\n

Option 1.<\/strong> After 4 months you have saved \u20ac 72,-. You can use these savings to purchase your lesaed artwork or another artwork from our collection.<\/p>\n

Option 2.<\/strong> You lease the artwork for more than 12 months. You can rent the artwork for as long as you want, in periods of 12 months. Saving will continue until you end the lease.<\/p>\n

Option 3.<\/strong> You exchange your work of art after 12 months and lease another work of art. The saving continues.<\/p>\n

Transport
<\/strong>ART District offers transport service if the artwork does not fit in your car.<\/p>\n
