Hilde Trip

Hilde Trip (1980) has further developed her wall objects after her further education as a master binder florist and in addition to freelance florist work all over the world. In the north of the Netherlands she has her studio in the woods of beautiful Westerwolde where she works every day.

Hilde makes art objects from natural materials. Nature is an inexhaustible source of inspiration for her. Each season brings new surprises and raw materials from leaves, stumps and shells to bark and seeds. The organic lines of nature are combined with clean lines and modern materials. This creates a tension in her work that not only emphasizes the beauty and fragility of nature, but also in her power to process the perishable materials into permanent wall objects.

Her wall objects are a passion. They are exciting, tough, robust and powerful.
